We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented TCM Therapist / Massage Therapist to join our wellness team in Singapore.
The candidate will be responsible for providing professional therapeutic massage and wellness treatments to customers, maintaining service quality, and ensuring a comfortable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional body massage and wellness therapy services
Perform TCM-related therapeutic treatments based on customer needs
Recommend suitable wellness treatments and packages to customers
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism
Follow company SOPs and safety standards
Assist with daily outlet operations when required
Requirements:
Relevant experience in massage therapy, wellness, or TCM-related services
Ability to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking customers preferred
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required
