Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and maintain employee rosters and shift schedules based on operational needs, staff availability, and Singapore labour regulations
• Monitor attendance, manage shift changes, and update schedules in a timely manner
• Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Supervise operational processes to ensure smooth execution
• Assist with general operations planning and process improvement initiatives as required
Required Skills:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operations coordination.
• 5-day work week (1 weekday off and 1 weekend day off on a rotational basis)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
