Role Overview
As an Events Producer, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from concept through to execution. Working closely within the production team, you will play a critical role during pre-production and live delivery, ensuring every project results in a memorable experience.
You will collaborate extensively with internal teams, clients, partners, and suppliers. Central to this role is the ability to build strong client relationships, understand objectives, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include presenting proposals, leading WIPs (Work in Progress meetings), conducting site visits, and managing internal processes to ensure seamless execution.
Success in this role requires excellent time and project management skills, adaptability, and a passion for delivering outstanding work. You will oversee all project elements-from creative concepts and logistics to technical delivery, ensuring projects remain on brief, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead and direct event executives, coordinators, and vendors to ensure project goals are achieved
Business Development
- Support the senior team with pitches, costings, and vendor or production-related tasks
Production Management
- Fully understand client briefs and manage all tasks to support smooth pre-production and on-site delivery
Collaboration & Culture
- Work closely with Creative, Technical, and Senior Management teams to deliver projects effectively
Communication
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, budgets, timelines, and responsibilities
- Liaise directly with clients on logistics such as travel arrangements, speaker coordination, and event requirements
Administration & Team Support
- Oversee Producers and Associate Producers managing project tasks
- Lead event coordinators and ensure administrative duties (expenses, scheduling, office support) are handled efficiently
Standards & Processes
- Ensure strict adherence to company guidelines, templates, and standard operating procedures
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within the events industry, either client-side or agency-side
