Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of biomedical, engineering, or logistics management to support medical product operations effectively
• Use Microsoft Applications to create presentations and manage documentation for clear communication
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and support project goals
• Follow instructions carefully and adapt to new challenges to maintain workflow efficiency
• Manage administrative and paperwork tasks accurately to support daily operations
• Demonstrate personal drive and initiative to contribute proactively to team objectives
• Maintain a positive attitude to foster a productive and supportive work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completed Higher Nitec or Diploma in Biomedical, Engineering, or Logistics Management
• Interest in medical products and medical technology to enhance job engagement
• Experience working with medical products to improve task performance
• Hands-on approach to managing administrative duties and onsite logistics support

• Safely operating emergency vehicles under various traffic conditions
• Transporting patients to hospitals and medical facilities
• Assisting medical personnel with loading and unloading patients
• Ensuring the ambulance is well-maintained and equipped
• Administering basic first aid when necessary
• Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
• Communicating effectively with dispatchers and medical staff
• Following all traffic laws and driving protocols
• Providing comfort and reassurance to patients
• Regularly inspecting and upkeeping of vehicle according to schedule

GCE ‘O’ Level / Higher NITEC in Office Skills/ Business Skills

• Possess class 3 driving license (international / Singapore) with no major traffic record

• Required to have Defensive Driving Certificate / Will be send to learn if does not possess

• Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare institutions or emergencies service

• Standard basic first aid certificate (preferably) & BCLS AED

• Contract convertible to permanent based on performance

• Must be willing to work from 7am onwards / OT is offered
