Job Scope:

• To perform company requisitions and purchases in accordance to policies & procedures
• Liase with supplier on price negotiation, delivery, quality, discrepancies, etc
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Issuance of Purchase Order
• Explore new suppliers with better quality, price, service and commercial terms
• Updating of approved supplier/vendor list in the server

Job Requirement:

• Experience in purchasing & QS

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out routine inspections of marine engines, mechanical equipment, and vessel systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Support the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of engines, pumps, generators, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Assist senior engineers and technicians in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in the installation, testing, commissioning, and upgrading of mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, service reports, inspection checklists, work permits, and other engineering documentation.
• Update equipment maintenance history, spare parts inventory records, and technical documents to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Coordinate with site personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and vessel crew to support maintenance and project activities.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in monitoring equipment performance and reporting any abnormalities or defects.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and engineering tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Institute of Technical Education (ITE), Higher NITEC, Diploma, or above in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with internship, attachment, or relevant working experience in marine, construction, heavy equipment, or mechanical maintenance industries will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, diesel engines, pumps, hydraulic systems, and rotating equipment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to prepare and maintain engineering reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation accurately.

Job Responsibilities:

· Conducts or provides for employee safety training / briefing, including classroom lectures, demonstrations or hands-on instruction.

· Implement Permit to Work (PTW) system for all high-risk work activities.

· Conduct regular safety inspections and organize periodic audits.

· Participate and advise Risk Management (RM) team in preparation of activity-based Risk assessment and safe work procedures.

· Conduct safety coordination meetings and committee meetings as per regulatory requirements.

· Conduct and present monthly OSH / HSE and accident/ incident reports and findings.

· Reviews and tracking of accidents / incidents statistics and makes recommendation for preventive measures.

· Inspect the Company / site facilities observing operations and activities, investigating health and safety complaints and ensuring that the Company is in compliance with the legislative obligations and Statutory requirements compliance.

· Formulating and coordination of Emergency Response Team (ERT).

· Observes work in progress, ensures that proper safety equipment is worn, and procedures are followed.

· Coordinates and consults with Project Managers, Project Engineer and WSH Officer and Supervisors regarding health and safety issues in their respective areas and notifies them regarding violation of safety regulations.

· Ensures preparation of safety manuals, training outlines and employee instructions for work deemed to have recognized hazards.

· Execute HSE programs to improve the safety and health performance, update HSE forms / notice boards and conduct toolbox meeting and safety orientation for employee and contractors.

· Ensures that Company / site complies with all environmental regulations regarding hazardous substance handling and disposal.

· Schedules and chairs regular safety meetings.

· Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as maybe required by the regulatory authorities.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years work experience in shipyard / marine structure demolition and repair works (Civil / Structural / M&E).
• Minimum 2 years work experience in asbestos removal and disposal works.
• Minimum 3 years work experience working under ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 standards / requirements.
• Have a valid WSH Coordinator Certificate.
• Have a valid Occupational First-Aider Certificate / Card.
• Prefer have Demolition works experience

Job Scope

• Assist the Project Manager in managing and executing project works to ensure cost effectiveness, timely delivery and compliance with quality standards to meet client expectations.

• Ensure site activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards, safety regulations and contractual requirements.

• Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications and quantities to ensure accuracy for project implementation.

• Carry out site planning, coordination and monitoring of construction activities to ensure works are carried out according to schedule.

• Coordinate with internal departments, sub-contractors, clients and consultants to ensure smooth site operations and project progress.

• Monitor site progress and prepare progress reports, documentation and updates for management review.

• Liaise with relevant authorities for permits, licenses and necessary submissions required for project works.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Civil Engineering projects, preferably in Marine Construction such as Jetty, Wharf, Harbour, Dredging or related infrastructure works.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspecting and Diagnosing: Perform routine inspections and diagnostic tests on marine engines, propulsion systems, electrical systems, and other mechanical components to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
2. Repair and Maintenance: Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks on marine engines, fuel systems, cooling systems, transmissions, steering systems, and other mechanical and electrical components according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical problems that arise during vessel operation, including engine failures, electrical malfunctions, and propulsion system issues.
4. Installation and Upgrades: Install, repair, or upgrade marine equipment, including engines, generators, pumps, winches, and navigation systems, ensuring proper functioning and alignment.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and service performed, to track vessel maintenance history and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to safety procedures during repair and maintenance activities.
7. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other marine technicians, engineers, and crew members to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure efficient operation of vessels and equipment.

Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical education or certification in marine mechanics, diesel engines, or related fields preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a marine mechanic or in a similar mechanical maintenance role, preferably in a marine environment.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining marine engines, propulsion systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with marine diesel engines, outboard motors, and marine electronics is desirable.
4. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and work environments, with a willingness to learn new technologies and techniques in marine maintenance and repair.

Job Scope

• Manage and execute project in cost effective, on time delivery with quality standards to meets client expectations;

• Pre and post-contract stages from vetting tender documents, organizing tender activities as well as settlement of accounts with owner, sub-contracts / suppliers;
• The development and implementation of project management plans through the provision of project scheduling, monitoring, reporting and forecasting, ensure that safety regulations are complied;
