Job Summary

·       Manage and supervise day to day works done at the project site.

·       From initial project preparation until the completion and handing over of the project

Duties/Responsibilities

Managing the site activities of construction projects

1.     Manage all project site related activities ( i.e. including preliminaries, structural, M&E, plumbing &  Architecture related matters )

2.     Drives project site activities in accordance to project schedules and timeline

3.     Engage Engineering Service dept. to ensure the latest revised construction drawing are use

4.     Engage Supply Chain & Procurement for machinery and materials needed

5.     Ensure minimum material wastage at site

6.     Manages and deployment of resources (manpower, material, machineries) in accordance to  project schedules & maintain maximum productivity

7.     Manage sub-contractors in accordance to their contracts & scope of work

8.     Ensure the projects finish on time with quality & profitability to the company

9.      Ensure  all activities on site do not violate any safety / building  regulatory requirements ( ie BCA, NEA, MOM etc )

Prepare Risk Management Plan         

1.     Build contingencies in to the plan to provide a reserve in the schedule for unforeseen future problems

Participant in Project Tender (when required)

1.     Participate as a member of the Tender for prelim and site matters

2.     Undertake tender clarifications with customers especially on technical and site matters

3.     Define Sub-Contractors scope of works

4.     Provide value Engineering

Administer Workplace Safety and health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)   

1.     Ensure workers/sub-contractor comply with the company safety regulation

Organise and Proper Handover the Completion Project        

1.     Ensure proper handover of construction documents to the Clients

2.     Ensure the Sub contractor submit the proper handover documents to the company

3.     Ensure the project deliver by us and sub-contractor to client(s) on schedule with "0" defect

Manage a Team with Good Technical Knowledge      

1.     Build and train a competent site team

Job Summary
Detail-oriented accounting professional responsible for managing the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining effective financial controls. Supports daily accounting operations, banking activities, and intercompany transactions while contributing to process improvements and system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Management Accounts

• Manage full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), account reconciliations, fixed assets, and inventory/stock checks
• Perform bank reconciliations and handle banking matters such as account opening, Letters of Credit (LC), and Trust Receipts (TR)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to support intercompany transactions and activities

Controls

• Prepare and monitor company cash flow reports
• Track and manage fixed deposit schedules
• Generate and review AP/AR ageing reports

Others

• Support implementation of new processes and accounting systems as required

OVERVIEW

The Business and Project Manager is responsible for driving new businessopportunities while overseeing the successful execution and delivery ofconstruction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires astrong balance of commercial acumen, project management expertise, clientrelationship management, underpinned by strong effective leadership tosafeguard profitability, maintain quality standards, and deliver consistentclient satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Management

1.       Client Relationship Management

-       Build, strengthen and maintain long-term relationshipswith clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders.

-       Act as the primary liaison, ensuring timely andprofessional resolution of client queries, issues, and escalations.

-       Anticipateclient needs, provide proactive updates, and maintain high levels ofsatisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

2.      Business Development

-       Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunitiesin line with the company’s growth strategy and market positioning.

-       Expand and maintain a strong network of industry contacts,including developers, consultants, and contractors, to generate potentialleads.

-       Lead the preparation, submission, and presentation of bidsand proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and alignment withclient expectations.

-       Track market trends and competitor activities to informbusiness development strategies and enhance competitiveness.

3.     Compliance and Quality Assurance:

-       Ensure all projects comply with relevant statutoryregulations, safety codes, and company policies.

-       Maintain personal compliance with all relevant statutoryregulations, contractual requirements, and company policies.

-       Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, monitoring adherence across all stages of project delivery.

-       Promote a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating best practices into future projects.

WORKING CONDITIONS

·      Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & ARprocess, GL, account reconciliation, fixed assets, stock checking etc.)

·      Responsible for bank reconciliation & bank account opening,LC, TR etc.

·      Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to supportintercompany activities
