Oversee construction site activities.
Support Construction Manager / Project Engineer on daily site work.
Planning of manpower allocation.
Ensure site safety and daily housekeeping.
Ensure machinery and material needed are in place for site activities
Ensure all the machinery is in working condition before work started.
Assign job to workers and ensure work done on schedule.
