Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Own the full sales cycle for a defined territory or set of strategic accounts, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
Technical Solutioning: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions and product demonstrations, translating complex technical features into compelling business outcomes for C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
Team Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical sales support to a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
Market Intelligence: Serve as the "voice of the customer," feeding critical insights from the field back to our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to inform our go-to-market strategy.
Quarterly & Annual Targets: Be accountable for achieving and exceeding significant sales quotas and revenue targets.

Requirements:
8+ years of B2B sales experience in local and overseas MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) industry, of which Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Marine industry
Proven track record of selling and completion projection execution in complex composite repair and high-value technical solutions
3+ years in a sales leadership or team lead role, with experience mentoring and enabling other sales professionals.
Demonstrable experience consistently exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets.
Deep technical proficiency with ASME (American Standard of Mechanical Engineers) Standards and Compliance.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and executive-facing communication skills.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Able to handle stress and meet tight deadlines
Be ready for entertain clients and be on standby whenever the job requires (weekdays nights and weekends)
