We are looking for 6 part-time event staff to support an upcoming corporate event. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are presentable, responsible, and enjoy interacting with people in a professional setting.
Event Details:
Date: Thursday, 16 April 2026
Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10 hours)
Location: Atrium Ballroom, Fairmont Singapore
Salary:
$170 for the full 10-hour shift
Scope of Work:
Selected candidates will be assigned roles primarily covering reception duties and event facilitation. Responsibilities include welcoming and registering guests, managing check-in processes, directing attendees to designated areas, and ensuring smooth crowd flow throughout the event. You may also assist with basic coordination, provide information to guests when required, and support the overall event experience to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
As the first point of contact, professionalism and a positive attitude are key. Candidates should be approachable, well-spoken, and able to handle simple on-ground situations confidently. Prior event experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Attire Requirement:
Formal and presentable attire is required:
- White long-sleeve shirt
- Black pants or skirt
- Black covered shoes
Candidates must maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times during the event.
