Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support and manage the organization’s sourcing and purchasing activities in Singapore. The role focuses on cost optimization, supplier management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, evaluation, and purchase order issuance.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with project or operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, warehouse).
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and manage contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience (Singapore experience preferred).
• Familiarity with local supplier market and sourcing practices in Singapore/ASEAN & CHINA .
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Good understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and compliance standards.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as construction, engineering, marine, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export procedures.
• Certification such as CIPS or equivalent is an advantage.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to support our finance team in handling daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and financial record maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and financial transactions
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments on billing matters

Requirements
