Job Description:
To mend the front desk and attend to donors. To ensure that the foyer, pantry, coffee and snack stations is well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, donors and clients
- Attend to donors who are making donations
- Attend to/welcome donors and cancer patients/caregivers seeking support at the Serenity Centre.
- Prepare daily cash handover
- Submit cash handover to HQ bi-weekly
- Attend to phone call queries that comes through Serenity mainline
- Maintain foyer, pantry, coffee and snack station.
- Ensure supplies for pantry and restroom are replenished
- Adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements and attributes:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant demeanour and a people person
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- At least a diploma in any field
- At least 2 years working experience
