Executive Calendar & Schedule Management: Strategically manage the CEO's complex calendar, prioritize invitations, schedule high-level corporate meetings, and coordinate seamless international travel itineraries.
Meeting & Corporate Governance Support: Prepare agendas, compile brief packages, and take comprehensive, professional minutes for executive board meetings and senior management sessions. Track actionable follow-up items for the CEO.
High-Level Communication & Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary, professional point of contact and gatekeeper between the CEO and internal department heads, external business partners, institutional investors, and global corporate vendors.
Document Preparation & Research: Assist the CEO in drafting, proofreading, and formatting executive correspondence, business proposals, operational memos, and high-quality presentations.
Confidentiality & Information Management: Handle sensitive corporate documents, legal agreements, and strategic planning data with the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
Ad-hoc Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in tracking project deadlines, coordinating executive social functions or networking events, and managing ad-hoc operations as requested.
