Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead and oversee the overall work of the department, ensuring that all tasks within the department's scope are completed efficiently.
• Organize the formulation, revision, supervision, and implementation of management systems for production, equipment, quality, safety, environmental protection, and production reporting.
• Enforce departmental responsibilities and work standards, ensuring all roles follow established procedures.
• Develop departmental work plans, allocate personnel and tasks reasonably, organize materials and equipment, and manage production scheduling and quality control.
• Coordinate and resolve production-related issues, including quality, process, and equipment anomalies; analyze and implement improvements; report findings to senior management.
• Handle daily administrative and personnel matters, including labor discipline, production reports, attendance, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular departmental meetings to review production plan progress and product quality performance.
• Implement and strengthen production safety education, enforce safety regulations and operational procedures, and prevent accidents, fires, equipment damage, or personal injuries.
• Organize 5S management on the production floor, emphasize environmental protection, and ensure safe and efficient production operations.
• Oversee employee training programs to enhance professional skills and departmental performance.
• Comply with and implement all company policies and requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time to meet company objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in production management, with at least 3 years in electrical or related manufacturing supervision.
• Familiar with production management systems, quality control, and safety management practices.
• Strong organizational, planning, and team management skills.
• Capable of analyzing and resolving problems, with strong on-site execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental coordination.
• Experience with 5S, lean manufacturing, or other production management tools is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

5.5-day work week (Worked full day on alternate Saturday)

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Take full responsibility for the company’s logistics operations and ensure all logistics processes run smoothly.
• Organize and oversee warehouse inventory counts, ensuring consistency among inventory records, stock cards, and physical goods.
• Prepare and control safety stock levels for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations in accordance with the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle.
• Store, inventory, and handle materials as required, and record/report any abnormalities.
• Oversee logistics and transportation, maintain proper shipment procedures, reduce shipping errors, and minimize customer complaints.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual warehouse receiving reports and inventory analysis reports.
• Ensure 5S management in the warehouse, including fixed locations and standardized storage.
• Provide guidance and training to logistics team members, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Oversee safety management within the logistics team, ensuring warehouse safety and safe loading/unloading operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and FIFO management.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, shipping procedures, and basic transportation coordination.
• Able to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic office software.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to handle abnormalities independently.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices related to warehousing and loading operations.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and suppliers, and to use systems and read work instructions available in Chinese.
