Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital and social media marketing strategies to increase brand engagement.
• Manage Content calendars and create compelling captions and scripts for multiple platforms.
• Posting and community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Identify, engage, and manage influencers/KOLs to support marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate content shoots and production activities with creators to ensure quality deliverables.
• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and optimise strategies for improved results .
• Support e-commerce growth across markets by executing campaigns,on-site initiatives, and digital marketing activities in line with commercialobjectives.
• Work closely with country teams to align oncampaign plans, local priorities, and performance targets.
• Proactively flag inventory risks and recommendcorrective actions to prevent lost sales.
• Track, analyse, and report on e-commerceperformance, translating data into clear insights and actions to improverevenue, conversion, and efficiency.
