Check freshness of food and ingredients

• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers

. Able to Know cook very well south and north indian food and pratta making

• Develop recipes and determine how to present the food

• Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals

• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality

• Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities

• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings

• Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer

• Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performance analytics and business reporting - Report generation & dissemination to key stakeholders and sales force. Consolidation of reporting across the clusters ensuring correct and timely work processing and issuance of quality reports.
• Communication Management - Overseeing the dissemination of Infosheets, Keynotes, Bulletins and eDMs on company's campaign, incentives, reports, resource guide and important messages in a timely manner to the relevant sales force.
• Sales Initiatives Management - Preparation of business proposal with sales and cost projection. Monitoring and validation of qualifiers.
• Appeals Management - Coordination and approval of appeals within Delegated Authority. Further streamlining of process and framework.
• Events Management - Management of Annual Awards Event.
• Process Improvement - Sales & Operational Process improvement. Identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximise the efficiency of the business.
• And any other adhoc business management support not cover in the above.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 6 years of distribution support/management experience preferred
• With Agency or FA channel management preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
• Mature, meticulous, analytical, able to work under pressure and independently to meet deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Pro-active and positive personality

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, identify and evaluate business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships
• To be responsible for the planning and implementation of our new product’s launching activities

• Establish new sourcing networks and strengthen existing supplier relationships for goods desirable to our customers
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Company

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry
• Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging and good knowledge in Wholesale SPICES products distributions through various channels
• 2A/2B/ Class 3 compulsory
• Preferably posses own transport. Required to travel from time to time
• Field work required. Need to do delivery if driver is off / medical leave or urgency of goods when required
• Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings
• Able to work longer hours. Must work on weekends/PH. Strictly off on week days
• Able to withstand considerable exterior noise and extreme temperature fluctuations in warehouse
• Good knowledge of products distributions through various wholesale and retail channels
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

Responsible for intelligent window control installment.

Responsible for timely project scheduling & effective budget / costing control

Maintain & build strong relationships with clients, vendors & site operation technical support

Liaise with customer for projects’ requirement and enquiries

Provides internal support / co-ordination efforts on the project or technical issues

Prepare user manual and conduct training to client as and when required
Carry out window installation works in accordance with BCA Safety of Windows requirements.

Take accurate measurements on-site before installation.

Measure and cut materials to fit specific window dimensions accurately.

Ensure proper alignment, sealing and fitting of all installation.

Inspect materials and tools before use to ensure safety and quality.

Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and responsibly.

Report any issues or defects during installation

Remove old windows and prepare surfaces for new installations.

Support site preparation, protection, and post-work housekeeping.

Ensure all safety procedures and hygiene standards are followed at all times.

Support ad-hoc installation or cleaning tasks as assigned.
