Job Summary

Perform daily pickups and deliveries from Boon Lay factory to multiple locations, handle event prop transport for cleaning, complete delivery paperwork, and support additional delivery tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 3 and Class 4 vehicles to pick up goods from Boon Lay factory and deliver to 3 to 5 locations daily
• Collect and deliver event props for cleaning 1 to 2 times weekly, ensuring timely and safe transport
• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately to maintain proper records
• Adapt to changes in delivery schedules or routes with flexibility
• Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned delivery duties

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess valid Class 3 driving license to operate 14 ft box truck daily
• Possess valid Class 4 driving license to operate 24 ft box truck with tailgate as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess forklift license to assist with loading and unloading tasks (added advantage)
• Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Drive and operate truck safely for daily delivery and collection

• Load, unload, and secure goods properly to prevent damage

• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed on time

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules

• Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, lights, etc.)

• Keep vehicle clean and in good working condition

• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or delays promptly

• Comply with road safety regulations

• Handle delivery documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and PODs

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving license

• Minimum 1–2 years of box truck or commercial vehicle driving experience

• Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery routes

• Able to handle physical loading and unloading of goods

• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety checks

• Good time management
