Reports To: Programme Manager (and works closely with the Dean)
Role Summary:
The Assessment Support Admin provides essential administrative and compliance support for all assessment activities within the Curriculum Department. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, completeness
and integrity of assessment documentation conducted through @ASK Training Learning Management System (LMS). This includes preparing and validating Assessment Records, cross‑checking LMS data, supporting invigilation and maintaining proper version control and filing of assessment materials. The role works closely with adult educators/trainers/assessors and internal teams to ensure smooth assessment operations and adherence to audit, regulatory and organizational standards.‑quality courseware standards, and exceptional learning experiences for both trainers and students.
Key Responsibilities:
• LMS Assessment Management: Support all assessment
activities conducted via the LMS, ensuring learner submissions, marks and completion statuses are accurate and reflect the latest approved assessment versions.
• LMS and Administrative Support: Maintain assessment
folders with accurate versioning, support LMS adjustments such as assessment availability or corrections, and contribute to continuous improvement of assessment workflows.
• Assessment Record Preparation: Prepare accurate Assessment Records (AR) for upcoming classes, upload them to designated folders
and ensure assessors receive the correct, finalized documents before class commencement.
• Daily AR and LMS Verification: Cross‑verify AR entries against LMS data daily, identifying missing information or discrepancies and following up with assessors to ensure timely rectification.
• Assessment Compliance: Maintain proper filing, naming conventions and version control for all assessment documents, ensuring
compliance with SSG, PEI and internal audit requirements while upholding the integrity and confidentiality of assessment processes.
• Invigilation Support: Assist in both online and in‑person invigilation, ensuring adherence to assessment rules, accurate completion of invigilation forms and escalation of anomalies when required.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with trainers, assessors, programme and curriculum teams to facilitate smooth assessment operations, providing timely updates and responding promptly to assessment‑related queries.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily and weekly assessment
status updates, including discrepancies, outstanding items and recurring issues, supporting operational reviews and quality assurance.
• Other Duties: Support the Programme Manager and Curriculum Department with additional administrative tasks and duties as assigned to ensure effective assessment operations.
