Job Description / 工作职责:

English:

• Safely drive the Chairman to meetings, appointments, and events.
• Provide transportation for clients or business guests when required.
• Occasionally assist with family-related trips.
• Maintain flexibility with working hours to suit the Chairman’s schedule.
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, insured, and serviced on time.
• Plan efficient travel routes for smooth and punctual journeys.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Handle urgent or unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
• Occasionally drive to nearby countries for work purposes (with allowance provided).

Requirements / 任职要求:

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving and credit record.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience; prior experience as a personal or corporate driver preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit, alert, and responsible.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to travel overseas occasionally (travel allowance provided).

Job Description:

• Coordinate with customers and suppliers
• Handle, monitor and follow up on shipment and delivery status
• Issuing Sales Order and Purchase Order
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, invoices, permits) and ensure accurate costings.
• Verify freight invoices and supplier invoices
• Liaise with carriers, forwarders, warehouses, transporters, overseas agents, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment status, provide proactive updates, and resolve shipment issues or complaints.
• Keep proper filing for shipping documents
• Gatekeeper of pricing elements on agreements in place for end to end order (Ensure pricing as per agreement is adhered to company policy)
• Prepares and provide full set of shipping documents;
• Well versed in L/C documentation, import / export documentation and also bank documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma related to Logistics and Supply Chain Management would be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, & Dynamic
• At least 4 years of relevant hands-on working experience
• Sound knowledge of shipping/logistics documentations and international trade terms;
• Knowledge/background in inventory management a plus;
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Keen interest to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment;
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams

Job Core Responsibilities

• Verifies and maintains records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Creates shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and address labels for all outbound shipments
• Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel
• Coordinates outbound freight for carriers, and audits all export shipments
• Confirms delivery completion in the business system
• Communicates with other functions regarding traffic and logistic coordination, and contract administration
• Follows all safety policy and procedures
• Other responsibilities as assigned
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics / Supply
• Analytical and possess excellent skills and solid experience in logistics and inventory management.
• Familiar with customs procedure; preferably in pharmaceutical products
• Working knowledge of SAP

We are seeking full-time Service Crew for our Paragon outlet to deliver excellent customer service, manage orders, maintain outlet cleanliness, and support daily operations in a friendly, efficient manner.

In addition, we are looking for someone holding a Class 3 driving license who can step in to cover driving duties on an ad hoc basis when our regular driver is unavailable.
