Requirement

1. Support the leadership of the Airfreight Import Customer Service team

2. Supervise and guide team members handling end-to-end import processes

About the Role

We are seeking a highly proactive Logistics Assistant Manager to independently oversee and manage international shipping operations from Singapore to India, South Korea, China, and Europe & Americas. Key Responsibilities

• Proven ability to work independently, set up processes from scratch, and drive solutions proactively.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous boundaries.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin for liaising with Chinese-speaking colleagues and China HQ.
