We are looking for a Distribution Manager ( a maternity cover role with 9 months' contract) to manage our Distribution centre operations and ensuring accurate customer order fulfilment from our Distribution centres. This role is responsible in ensuring that we operate with best-in-class standards at the Distribution centres, optimizing logistics performance and cost, and implementing sustainability initiatives. The Distribution Manager will lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that we maintain and improve our service levels to enable business growth! 

Core Responsibilities: 

Oversee Distribution Centre Operations:  

• Provides governance towards our appointed 3PL, ensuring performance are per service level agreement and follows the LEGO Group’s standards. This includes: 
• Ensuring KPIs (warehouse occupancy, inbound/outbound efficiencies, OTIF, inventory accuracies) are on track. 
• Review short term capacity requirements for DC and optimize inbound-outbound logistics to manage any imbalance situation. 
• Track and manage damaged, quality stocks, scrap and support claims process. 
• Inventory control and management through ensuring proper cycle count and stock take processes by the 3PL. 
• Represent Distribution in BU weekly and monthly operation cadence, review KPIs performance and address any escalations. 
• Lead the LEGO Group/3PL weekly operational meetings, monthly and quarterly Business reviews to ensure service levels are met. 
• Ensure reliable operations and a sound BCP (business continuity process) is activated in situations when needed. 

Procurement of 3PL service and cost management 

• Support the analysis of the distribution centre’s storage, throughput and obtain customer requirements to support the procurement process for selecting and contracting 3PL services. 
• Ensure cost effective operations and distribution spend within budget. 

Business unit: 

• Partner with Business Unit stakeholders to ensure Distribution aligns with business requirements and supports daily operations that facilitate sales and customer service. 

Customer Service: 

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate order processing at the DC, timely deliveries, and effective communication with BU and customers. 
• Collaborate with Customer-Logistics team to manage any value-added services required to serve our customers. 

Compliance:  

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies. 

Reporting and monitoring:  

• Ensure monthly, weekly and daily reports on distribution centre performance are in place, including key metrics are accurately captured. 

Continuous Improvement:  

• Partner with Procurement team and 3PL to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in enhancing efficiencies, reduce costs and improve distribution performance. 

Do you have what it takes? 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum 7- 10 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations. 
• Proven track record in managing 3PLs, driving performance improvements, and implementing best practices. 
• Strong knowledge of FMCG-specific logistics challenges, including high volumes, small deliveries, high SKU turnover, and promotional demand spikes. 
• Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders, working in a diverse and multi-functional working environment. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, experienced in mining insights from various data sources, and strong presentation skills. 
• Team oriented, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills and able to manage assigned responsibilities independently. 
• APICS CLTD, CPIM, CSCP, certification is a plus. 
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems; proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. 
• Some level of knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution module is a plus

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager / Project Manager to support and lead the delivery of railway power supply system projects in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the Airfreight Department, overseeing Customer Service, Billing, and Operations.

About the Role

As a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities with and through our partner network via Distribution across Southeast and North Asia (SENA).

To succeed, you must work with internal teams and lead our Distribution Partners to build out territory planning, new partner development initiatives, and existing partnerships to deliver growth for CrowdStrike. What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with internal resources, named distribution partners, and the channel community across the SENA region to build & implement successful partner plan, delivering required pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota.

• Identify new business opportunities while establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships up to executive levels within your assigned portfolio.

• Establish and grow relationships within distribution partners key decision-makers, typically at the C-level.

• Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed business plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each account within your assigned portfolio.

What You’ll Need:

• 5 + year of work experience IT Channel/ Sales role with 5-7 years of experience working with Technology Vendors in a Channel / Distribution led sales position across SENA.

The aim of this position is to support all distribution tasks related to hotel information, rate and inventory distribution across all booking channels like Brand website, GDS, OTA websites and any other booking channels available at any time.

Primary Responsibilities:

Analysis

• Manage hotel information, rate and inventory in company central system/channel manager.

• Manage hotel information, rate and inventory in various Online Travel Agents (OTA) platforms via their extranet systems.

• Review and audit information across all platforms for accuracy. 

E-Commerce/ Distribution

• Gatekeeper of all partner extranets and ensure proper loading of hotel information, rates and availability on brand.com and on other third-party channels including OTAs, Travel Agent and B2B partners.

• Manage and conduct regular audits on rate and availability of OTAs as well as brand website to ensure channel manager is properly setup and interfaced correctly with hotel systems.

• Participate and engage with key contacts of OTA and electronic distribution partners to maximize exposure and business opportunities on all channels.

• Recognise and correct any rate parity issues found online. 

• Assist with managing rate loading process for key segments and ensure accurate distribution of rates and details across applicable channels.

• To ensure that all channels of distribution such as direct, GDS, and other online channels - are always maintained at optimal working level. 

Reports and Analysis

• To conduct competitive research and market intelligence for DORM to decide on strategic pricing decision through monitoring of scheduled rate shopping and competitor reports, and review of other market intelligence. 

• Prepare weekly revenue meeting information and applicable analysis when required.

• Assist with data collation and data loading across various template for monthly revenue management forecast process.

• To assist with training and support the revenue management team where applicable.

• To work closely with various internal teams on revenue management techniques and its execution.

Job Requirement
