• Ensure smooth and timely process flow for Air Export shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing.
• Understand all the elements of Air Export DLSOP in Indonesia and correctly interpret this information to fulfill our customers’ instructions and expectations.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Ensure compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer policies and requirements.
• Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external).
• Utilize all technology tools available in the company to perform customer service and operations duties.

1. To handle the documentation for individual consignees according to consolidation procedures including preparation and distribution of the documents to consignees and brokers.

       2.  To contact and follow up shipment data with vendors.

       3.  To prepare vendor invoices.

       4.  To prepare Forwarder’s Cargo Receipt and Bill of Lading for collection by vendors.

       5.  To prepare and submit proforma original bill of lading to ocean carriers.

       6.  To keep proper filing for each shipment.

       7.  To prepare billing invoice & do bill placement to customer. 

       8.  To update information to system timely.

       9.  To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.

Air Export AOG Agent will serve in an operations capacity, responsible for processing export shipments including accompanying export documentation. Major duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:?

• Track and Trace shipments.
• Prepare, handle, and process shipment documentation- including house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents.
• Accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Dispatch freight.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other Expeditors offices worldwide, and co-workers through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and person to person.
• Monitor reports.
• Accurate and timely client billing.
• Contribute to maintaining strong service provider relationships- airlines, trucking companies, and others.
• Maintain compliance standards at all times- including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations, and customer requirements.
• Meet key performance indicators to support department, branch, product, and company goals.
• Desire to understand overall department process flow and constantly seek opportunities for improved efficiency.
• Training and Development - must obtain required 52 hours of?annual training. (company provided)

• Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed as per the DLSOP.
• Work with the team on meeting KPI standards, as per the company’s procedures.
• Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Daily review operational reports and work with team on updating event codes.
• Build and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers.
• To take up additional tasks and responsibilities as and when required to meet the Department’s needs.
