Job Summary

The Incumbent will support the Group's regional business development, strategic partnership, and project assessment initiatives, with a focus on banking, financial technology, and digital transformation opportunities. Working under the guidance of management and senior team members, the role will conduct research, business and operational analysis, market intelligence gathering, stakeholder coordination, and project assessment activities. The incumbent will assist in evaluating business opportunities, preparing analytical reports, and coordinating with Group companies, business partners, and prospective clients across the region to support the Group's strategic growth objectives.

The incumbent will work closely with and report regularly to the Japan Headquarters on regional initiatives and strategic opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Requirements:

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the research and technical development of a high-frequency ultrasound imaging platform, including hardware-software integration and advanced signal processing algorithms for structural and functional imaging, in order to deliver clinically relevant prototypes, high-quality publications, and translational outcomes for the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in and manage the research project with Principal Investigator (PI), Collaborator and the research team members to ensure all project deliverables are met.
• Lead the design, development, and experimental validation of high-frequency ultrasound imaging methods, with emphasis on high-frame-rate acquisition, coded excitation, tissue harmonic imaging, adaptive/specular beamforming, and functional imaging approaches such as Doppler and elastography.

Job Description

The Senior AI Research Scientist will be working on clinical multi-agent CDS engineering workstream. The role will design and implement the MAS harness that coordinates GP, pharmacist, specialist, guideline/evidence, medication-safety and workflow agents for primary-care decision support. The system should support pre-consult briefs, iterative re-inference during consultation, safety checks, and structured next-best-action recommendations.

The scientist will be responsible for translating clinical workflow requirements into an executable architecture: agent contracts, orchestration logic, memory/state management, tool interfaces, retrieval layers, evaluation harnesses and observability. The role will also lead simulation-based testing and validation using clinical vignettes, synthetic cases, public benchmarks and protected clinical data pathways where approved.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the MAS/CDS harness, including agent roles, orchestration policies, memory/state handling, tool calling, guardrails and error recovery.
• Build simulation-based evaluation workflows that generate cases, run multi-agent consultations, compare outputs with labels or clinician review, and record failure modes.

• Capability in medtech / healthtech engineering, including requirements translation, prototyping, testing, validation, integration, technical troubleshooting and preparation of concise reports.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders, monitor timelines and risks/issues, and deliver assigned project outcomes with clear documentation.
• Ability to work as part of a coordinated delivery team, with clear documentation of assigned engineering outputs, validation evidence and project outcomes toward the overall KPI commitments.
