REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance
• 2–4 years of sales experience
• Proven experience in dealing with clients in the IT / Construction / General industry
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Officehours, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Your key accountabilities include:  

• Identify sector and cross‑sector trends to support the development of product and growth strategies. 
• Support the definition of global growth priorities across customers, products, geographies, and sub‑sectors. 
• Develop and lead growth initiative projects for an initiative, incl. growth forecasts and go-to-market plans, value proposition, commercialization, sales collateral and knowledge building. 
• Contribute to digitalisation initiatives including business cases, design, prototyping, and pilots 
• Collaborate with similar teams on industry/sector intelligence, ensuring you have an up-to-date view on industry trends.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Managing organizationalsales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expensecontrols.

·Responsiblefor Sales & Business Development including new account development

· Meeting plannedsales goals.

· Achieve dailytargeted number of sales calls with effective strategies and solutions

· Meet minimumsales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables

·Tracking salesgoals and reporting results as necessary.

·Overseeingthe activities and performance of the sales team.

· Require workingbeyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when is required by theManagement

·Coordinatingwith marketing on lead generation.

· The ongoingtraining of your salespeople.

·Developingyour sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.

·Promotingthe organization and products.

·Understandour ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

·Relationshipbuilding with new and existing customers.

· Provide businessdevelopment and strategic insight into specific market segments designated byupper management.

- Any Diploma/Equivalent Education with rich relevant experience
