• Project Consolidation: We receive goods from many different China suppliers. You will sort these items and group them together based on "House Projects" (Work Orders).

• Inventory Care: Maintain our unique storage areas (8th floor and production zones). Keep accessories, tracks, and blinds organized and easy for installers to pick up.

• Sample Preparation: Help prepare "Marlextex" fabric samples and kits for our ID (Interior Designer) partners.

• Logistics Coordination: Arrange for local deliveries (Lalamove) and ensure the right items are sent out 4-6 times a week.

• General Support: Assist the Boss and the 8th-floor admin team with miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Meticulous & Detailed: You must have a "sharp eye" for matching labels, codes, and supplier parts.

• Active & "Handy": You are comfortable moving around the office and warehouse areas (8th floor/Staircase/Car Park).

• Neat & Presentable: A professional and well-spoken person who takes pride in a tidy workspace.

• Language: Mandarin speaking is required as you will need to read labels and coordinate with our China supply chain.
