Key Responsibilities:

• A key member of the project team representing the Supplier Quality(Procurement QAQC) function. Provide input regarding process validation strategy, review/approve documentation including Flow chart, process validation, equipment installation/operational/performance qualification, test method validation, etc.

• Review and approve manufacturing records to release product and ensure product compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate compliance with SS ISO9001 management strategy and regulatory agencies. Support regulatory submissions, mock audit, onsite audit.

• Tracks and trends supplier performance and provides key quality trending information and data for Management Review and Complaint Reviews. Communicates quality issues to suppliers and applies sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving quality issues. Review and approve supplier corrective action plans and verification of effectiveness documentation.

• Proactively assesses supplier capabilities through direct on-site visits and technical discussions. Identifies opportunities for improvement and coordinates the evaluation of proposed changes at suppliers.

• Plans and leads audits of suppliers to assess compliance with regulatory and company requirements, including audit scheduling investigation, and evaluation of audit observation and findings, reporting, follow-up, and confirmation of follow-up actions.

• Generate/review quality plans, agreements, product specifications, component qualifications, and process validations.

• Assists suppliers in formation of statistical sampling plans, inspection methodology, and quality procedures.

• Interfaces with the Procurement, Sourcing and Sourcing Engineering Specialists. Works with various partners to assess and address material quality issues.

Requirements:

• BS degree in engineering or technical field with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in global Refining equipment manufacturing industry.

• Excellent English in all communication, and excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Project management: ability to influence cross functional teams spanning quality, operations, R&D, and sourcing.

• Experience in process validation, design controls, risk management, statistical techniques.

• Ability to work independently; organized and self-driven.

• Strong command of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Domestic and international travel (up to 30%).

Preferred Qualification:

• 7+ years global Refining equipment supplier quality management experience preferred, sterile products.

• Lead auditor of quality systems experience , rich experience in onsite audit, internal auditor qualification preferred.

• SLNG work experience is preferred

• Purchasing or supply chain knowledge is a plus

1. Purchasing

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities.

• Manage inventory control, storage, dispatch of goods.

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery, providing status updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Liaison with Vendors on the shipping information and tracking the progress of delivery.

• To check the submission of shipping document from the Vendor and get Client's clearance prior the shipment.

• Coordinate with the warehouse on all crating and packing of materials.

• Matching of Invoices (Forwarders/Courier).

Job Requirements
