Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10–15 years of hospitality experience, with at least 3–5 years as a General Manager or Resort Manager in a resort

• Proven track record in financial management and revenue growth
• Experience in island resort operations (preferred)
