Purpose

To support day to day logistics operations which include order administration, reporting, billings verification and logistics partner management.

Responsibilities

Regional Operations Coordination

• Oversee daily order collections and deliveries across APAC country teams.
• Review and validate collection log forms before submission to ensure accuracy.
• Follow up with country teams on outstanding collections and deliveries.
• Respond to operational queries (order status, delivery details, escalations) and communicate shipment updates and service disruptions to client in a timely manner.

JOB PURPOSE

The Donor Services Coordinator serves as the vital first point-of-contact for the Blood Donor Recruitment Programme, seamlessly blending proactive donor engagement with essential administrative operations. This role plays a critical part in sustaining the national blood supply by reaching out to schedule donation appointments, executing urgent donor recalls during low-stock periods, and educating the community on donation criteria and recognition programmes. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Qualifications:
