Roles & Responsibilities
• Manpower planning - Recruit, train, assign, schedule,coach, counsel, and discipline employees
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring,appraising, and reviewing job contributions
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by followingand enforcing standards and procedures
• Responsible for operation supervisors, withreview/approval responsibility for all operations employees
• Maintain great relationships with key business partners
• Work closely with Operation Head and management team toset and implement policies, procedures, and system
Job Requirement
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in thecleaning industry
• Weekend shift required
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates process own transport will be an advantage
