Perform peer review of estimates generated by other functional teams contributing to the project solution; issue recommendations and input for use on the project.
• Support the Project/Cost Manager when reviewing and approving large change orders and the review of invoices submitted for review/approval during the project.
• Work with the Project Manager to produce monthly project reports on estimating activities. Implements cost documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensure cost data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and cost resources informed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• accreditation preferred.
• Fit out experience will be preferred, Construction experience will be a bonus, Industrial experience will be a bonus
• PMP/Prince will be a bonus
• Candidates with LEED or GBI certification or knowledge will be a bonus
• Candidates at the minimum requires profound competency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge/Experience on Microsoft Projects will be a bonus
• Knowledge/Experience on AutoCAD will be a bonus

Job Description

• Monitor Contractors' safety performance and participate actively in site safety management in highlighting to the relevant parties on immediate actions to be taken
• Follow up on all safety matters related to Design for Safety (DfS), WSH etc
• Conduct safety inspections including taking photos of unsafe acts and conditions and bringing to main contractor's attention
• Issue and closely follow up on field observation notices including safety non-conformances notices and respond to site incident(s) in ensuring contractors' carry out emergency response as required
• Conduct roving safety inspections, emergency & incident response and facts finding
• Provide daily safety inspection report to OIC
• lead and conduct monthly safety inspection of the Site and submit the report to Superintending Officer
• Organize and participate in regular Safety Site Walk and Inspection with client and stakeholders
• Submit monthly reports on safety indicators & trending analysis on monthly safety performance
• Report any accident/incident/near miss on site to the OIC and provide all necessary detailed information
• Conduct Inspections for precast elements

Criteria

a. Minimum5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

preferably3 years with developer/main contractor.

b. Minimum2 years of experience in tunneling and/or deep excavation

works.

c. Must bea registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM.

d. Hasobtained certificate in development of a Risk Management

ImplementationPlan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent.

e. Class 3Qualified Driving License.

f. Must bewilling to work shifts
