Role Overview

As a Project Manager for Digital Transformation, you will lead and coordinate complex technology initiatives focused on modernising the organisation's websites and CRM systems. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring successful implementation of AI-powered customer experience solutions and digital platform transformations. Key Responsibilities

Manage proof-of-concept and proof-of-value initiatives, coordinating testing phases and stakeholder feedback collection.

Website Development Project Management Lead projects for transforming legacy systems into modern internet-facing applications, including mother tongue language appeals platforms and knowledge management systems. Manage development timelines, resource allocation, and quality assurance processes whilst ensuring compliance with government security standards and data governance requirements.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Establish quality gates and acceptance criteria for deliverables, ensuring solutions meet user requirements and performance standards. Develop contingency plans for critical project dependencies and potential disruptions.

Stakeholder Management and Communication Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with demonstrated success in delivering complex technology transformation projects
• Proven experience managing CRM system implementations and migrations, preferably in government or public sector environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Experience with website development projects and internet-facing application delivery
• Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes

Job Summary

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Project Manager of Infra Management Office, the Project Coordinator will be a key member of the team to support project managers in planning, executing, and completing Infrastructure projects on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator will ensure smooth coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the project Coordinator will maintain project organization through effective documentation, scheduling, and communication management, and also track project progress and provide detailed updates to project managers and stakeholders.
