We are hiring a Business Manager (GOV)! Join us under our affiliated company, Challenger Direct+, where you’ll be part of a close-knit team that strives for progress and excellence. In this role, you’ll manage vendor partnerships, government procurement, and corporate deliveries while supporting growth with government entities.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9AM - 6.30PM
Job Description:
- Manage partnership with multiple external vendors.
- Onboarding government procurement system as a registered vendor.
- Handling government tenders and procurements.
- Onboarding more government entities.
- Respond Zendesk tickets and email for government enquiries.
- Liaise with vendors, retail operations and logistics to fulfill deliveries to corporate/GOV customers.
- Administrative responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Prior experience in government procurement, tenders, or B2G sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of government e-procurement systems (e.g., GeBIZ) is a strong advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
