Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR experience at a Managerial level, preferably within a fast-pace Finance or FinTech industry.
• Strong understanding of Singapore employment law and HR compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in agile environments where priorities shift quickly.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and employees.
