AZEO is looking for a Talent Development Consultant to work closely with business owners, HR leaders, and management teams to identify organisational challenges and recommend impactful talent development and organisational solutions.

We are looking for someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, consultative discussions, and translating organisational needs into practical solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Engage business owners, HR leaders, and management teams to understand organisational and workforce challenges
• Conduct consultative discussions to identify leadership, performance, capability, engagement, and development gaps
• Recommend suitable solutions in Leadership Development, Talent Development, Team Building, Employee Engagement, Organisational Development and E-learning & Learning Solutions
• Prepare proposals and present recommendations aligned to business needs
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and support long-term client engagement
• Work closely with Product Development & Solutions, Marketing, BD, and Operations teams to ensure impactful client outcomes and smooth delivery
• Contribute to portfolio growth and business performance through strong stakeholder engagement and solution adoption

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Development, L&D, HRBP, Organisational Development, HR, Corporate Training, Consulting, or client-facing advisory roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to understand organisational challenges and recommend practical solutions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong ownership, responsiveness, and relationship-building capability
• Experience engaging HR leaders, management teams, or business stakeholders is an advantage

主要職責

行政及辦公室管理

• 管理和支援日常辦公室行政運作。
• 維護行政和人事記錄的適當文件和歸檔系統。
• 負責辦公用品採購、供應商協調和辦公室維護。
• 確保各部門在行政事務上協調順暢。

人力資源與人事管理

• 維護員工記錄、考勤和休假追蹤。
• 管理和更新人事檔案和人力資源文件。
• 處理與人事和行政事務相關的基本員工諮詢。
• 負責處理整個月度薪資流程，包括計算加班費、津貼和扣款。

帳戶及行政支持

• 協助監控應收帳款和帳齡報告。

We are looking for responsible and organised individuals to join our team to support administrative and HR operations. Positions are open for Admin & HR Assistant Manager / Executive depending on experience and capability.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Management

• Manage and support daily office administrative operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for administrative and HR records.
• Handle office supplies procurement, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments for administrative matters.

HR & Personnel Administration

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
• Manage and update personnel files and HR documentation.
• Handle basic staff inquiries related to HR and administrative matters.
• Handle the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including the calculation of overtime, allowances, and deductions.

Accounts & Administrative Support

• Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and aging reports.
• Follow up with the sales team regarding outstanding payments.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in business administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification
• A few years of relevant experience in Admin or HR operations.
• Able to manage office administration and coordinate HR matters independently
