IT Associate Service Engineer

4 days, 12 hours rotating shift from 8-8

Salary: Basic $2400 + Shift allowance & attendance allowance (Gross $2800)

Location: Changi

Job scope:

• Perform technical maintenance and troubleshooting activities for the Video Management System (VMS), specifically with Milestone XProtect, ensuring optimal system functionality
• Maintain critical systems to ensure service uptime and meet operational performance targets
• Respond promptly to all onsite operational incidents, ensuring resolution with established SLAs
• Performs all duties in a safe and orderly manner, without interruptions to production, and in accordance with approved procedures, Company policies and comply with all environmental, health and safety rules.
• Identify, report and address work discrepancies, defects and inconsistencies
• Generate and submit daily maintenance reports
• Perform basic system and network troubleshooting
• Any other tasks and duties as directed by the supervisory personnel or Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Nitec graduates in Information Technology (IT) or related qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Must be able to work in a 12-hour rotating shift work schedule.
• Experience in Microsoft Office productivity software.
• Basic Knowledge on Window servers and Milestone VMS system troubleshooting
• Basic Knowledge on Local Area Networking, switch configuration and VLANs.

International Trade & Pricing Specialist

Salary: $2500 - $2800
Working Days: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
Working Location: Telok Ayer

Responsibilities
IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation:

• Assist in pricing, coordinating and managing the end-to-end IOR/EOR process for global shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
• Verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of all shipments, customs entries, and compliance-related documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.

Agent Communication, Sourcing & Pricing:

• Collaborate with agents to gather required information and ensure compliance with local regulations. 
• Support pricing discussions and negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
• Identify and source new overseas agents or service partners when required to support operational and pricing needs.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing and new partners.

Regulatory Trade & Compliance:

• Stay updated on customs regulations and trade policies in various countries.
• Ensure all shipments comply with relevant import/export laws and guidelines.

Problem Resolution & Ad-hoc:

• Identify and resolve operational issues, such as shipment delays, missing documents, or customs holds.
• Escalate critical issues to the relevant department as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations.
• Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
• With knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
