The Ideal Candidate

· Minimally 2 years of experience in bancassurance, financial sales, or insurance advisory roles
· Strong expertise in insurance and sales to drive results.
· Possess relevant certifications such as RES5, M9, M9A, HI
The Role Responsibility:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank clients, driving sales of insurance products through proactive outreach and regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
· Conduct customer needs analysis to identify gaps and ensure that customer needs are met with insurance solutions that align with their financial goals.
· Act as a subject matter expert on a wide range of insurance products, providing valuable and accurate financial advice and guidance to existing bank customers.
· Stay up to date with the latest product offerings and market trends to effectively promote solutions that deliver optimal value.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the bancassurance channel through effective networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships with bank partners.
· Build a pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term clients.
· Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to all regulatory requirements, business processes and company policies
