Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy with minimum 10-12 years’ relevant working experience, of which at least 4 years should be gained in overseeing group consolidation or in a fund controller role.  Some prior experience in audit would be an advantage.

• Have good understanding of the relevant Accounting Standards and proficient in financial analysis.

The role involves managing and developing client relationships, supporting cross-border banking activities, and delivering corporate banking solutions including lending, trade finance, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact
• Identify new business opportunities while deepening existing client relationships
• Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments, and prepare credit proposals for internal approval
• Structure and execute lending transactions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Promote corporate banking products including trade finance, cash management and treasury solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of Corporate Banking experience covering corporate clients
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capabilities
• Experience in corporate lending, client relationship management and deal execution
• Familiarity with corporate banking products such as trade finance, cash management and treasury solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support business and stakeholder interactions
