Role

In this role, you will establish and lead an engineering team dedicated to the stability and endurance of our robotics software platform. Responsibilities

1. End-to-End RF Design Ownership

• Translate product requirements into RF hardware designs (schematic, RF front-end, PCB support).
• Own ~80% RF + ~20% analog/system design (power, MCU interfaces, Ethernet, integration).
• Deliver working prototypes ready for validation and production.

2. RF Architecture & Optimization

• Design compact, multi-band radio modules optimized for performance, size, and cost.
• Enable flexibility via BOM-based configurations rather than full redesigns.
• Run RF simulations and front-end analysis to validate design decisions early.

3. Validation & Manufacturing Handoff

• Define and execute RF/system-level test plans.
• Validate performance against specifications and document results clearly.
• Support smooth transition to production with complete design packages.

4. Cross-Functional Execution

• Collaborate with PCB, mechanical, and product teams to align on constraints and integration.
• Lead design reviews and incorporate feedback across disciplines.
• Identify risks early and drive trade-offs across performance, cost, and manufacturability.

5. Next-Gen RF Development

Ramp Plan

Responsibilities

What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate the manufacture of key API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) Intermediate processes and ensure flawless execution focusing on safety, quality, supply, and cost.
• Provide essential technical support to process teams to sustain and enhance the processes, including diagnosing and rectifying faults within the API manufacturing Control Systems.
• Develop and implement Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Understanding of regulatory standards and guidance documents as well as evolving cGMPS impact pharmaceutical production
