Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, scalable Python-based solutions that align with Veolias business objectives and technical requirements
• Collaborate with business partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements
• Adopt and implement platform architecture, security standards, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through rigorous testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks

• Provide weekend on-call support for critical incidents, outages, and severe system performance degradation.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python development skills with experience in at least one major framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Proven experience with the AWS cloud platform and its core services, such as EC2, Lambda, SQS, RDS, and S3, cloud formation.
• Hands-on experience with testing (unit/integration), relational databases/SQL
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills, including monitoring, incident response, and clear communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices.
• Background in enterprise production support, including critical incident management and SOP/runbook creation.
• Experience with performance optimization, message queues/streaming, and/or ITIL- based processes.

• Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in CS module
• Extensive knowledge of repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects to track costs of repair, details of repair and final invoice to customer
• Extensive knowledge of replacement processing including scrap and refurbishment processing
• Equipment master setup, tracking and integration with warranty tracking and coordination with SD and FI modules for reporting of warranty recognition
• Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs process
• Knowledge of service labor posting and integration with time keeping system
• Knowledge of material issues and postings
• Translate user's requests into application system solutions
• Resolve business issues by working with various groups within the company
• Redesign procedures to suggested best business practices in concert with sap functionality
• Integration capabilities and cross modular capability in SAP SD and MM/LE.

• Experience in SAP Customer Service, Material Management.
• Strong understanding & experience in Integration of CS and SD with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE) & Financial Accounting (FI) modules.

We are now looking for Field Service Technician who is passionate about working in Field Services role. In this role, you will be responsible for the services and maintenance at site location.

Your key role:

1.  Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner or maintenance planner) and assigned to the field operative.
2. The field operative accepts work packages and enters work against the SR/WP.
3. The field operative cannot create new service requests (except through “do work”).
4. Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method,
5. Estimate labour hours and parts cost for repairs.
6. Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
7. Consult with our customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations made.
8. He/She should follow Konecranes safety protocol and should ensure the use of safety PPEs provided by company like safety shoes, safety harness and Etc
9. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards
