To serve seniors in designated cluster, providing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual support through outreach & active ageing programmes

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Asst /Divisional Director of Elderly Services, the Lead/Senior Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the Active Ageing Centres.

• Curate and implement new and innovative programmes that promote active ageing and ageing well in place across the assigned Centres.
• Network with critical stakeholders and sponsors to enhance community engagement and programme sponsorship for the assigned Centres.
• Direct and supervise the operations and administrative functions of the centres assigned.
• Assist and coordinate timely submissions of assigned Centres on:

We are looking for a Senior / Manager with sufficient professional experience and stature to fulfill a specialist role that can contribute to the development of the clinical trial program within National Cancer Centre Singapore. The role will mainly assist our Clinical Trials Office to review and finalize contracts related to clinical trials for the Division of Clinical Trials & Epidemiological Sciences (CTE).

Main Duties:

• Assist to review clinical trial contracts and work closely with the SingHealth Legal Department to negotiate agreement terms with commercial sponsors, CROs, academic institutions or international trial groups.

The Contracts & Compliance (C&C) Assistant Manager is responsible for Contracts Review, Negotiation, and Compliance matters in the Research Division at NCCS.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and Manage C&C unit

• Track and manage legal agreements, and maintain legal agreement database,
• Facilitate the negotiation and execution of legal agreements,
• Provide support to facilitate the training and guiding of staff on compliance (HBRA & PDPA),

The Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end administration, governance, and operational management of research grants and funded programmes across the grant lifecycle effectively.

This role serves as a key liaison between Principal Investigators (PIs), research teams, internal and external stakeholders to oversee pre-award and post-award grant activities, monitor grant utilization and reporting requirements, manpower management and ensure timely resolution of operational and compliance matters, for smooth coordination, accountability, and delivery of funded research initiatives.

Position Summary

The SeniorManager, Communications and Public Relations leads CFF's strategic positioning and public voice, shaping narratives that advance father-inclusive culture, strengthen brand credibility, and inspire public support.

We are looking for an exceptional writer and storyteller who can turn programme outcomes into human-centred stories, with strong editorial judgement and a visual eye to direct design output from in-house and agency partners.

Familiarity with the evolving role of fathers in Singapore is a strong advantage. The role partners with leadership, programme teams, creative partners, and media to drive integrated communications across earned media, digital, campaigns, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Communications and Editorial Leadership

•       Develop and execute CFF'sintegrated communications strategy, aligned to organisational and fundraising priorities.

•       Position CFF as a leading voice in fathering and family development through research-backed narratives.

•       Advise the CEO and leadership on public messaging, and draft speeches, op-eds, forewords, and high-level correspondence.

•       Translate programme insights into human-centred impact stories and publishable narratives.

•       Oversee newsletters, the annual report, and donor communications, ensuring editorial consistency across channels.

•       Partner with digital teams to align messaging with CRM segmentation and audience lifecycles.

•       Use AI-assisted tools responsibly for research, drafting, and media monitoring, upholding accuracy and source verification.

2. Media Relations and Public Engagement

•       Build relationships with journalists, editors, and media partners across mainstream and vernacular platforms.

•       Develop press releases, pitches, Q&A documents, and interview briefs for spokespersons.

•       Secure meaningful coverage tied to campaign moments and thought leadership opportunities.

•       Report media performance to management and the board — reach, sentiment, and message pull-through.

•       Identify commentary opportunities in national discussions on family, parenting, and workplace culture.

3. Campaigns, Brand, and Creative Direction

•       Lead communications plans for national initiatives (for e.g., Celebrating Fathers, Back to School With Dad)and fundraising campaigns.

•       Direct visual storytelling with designers, videographers, and creative agencies. Graphic design execution is not required, but strong visual judgement and the ability to brief and critique creative output are essential.

•       Align message, design, and audience across social, website, EDM, and print.

•       Own the master content calendar and set the editorial rhythm across platforms.

4. Stakeholder and Partner Communications

•       Develop messaging frameworks for corporate, community, and government stakeholders.

•       Align Dads for Life and Mums for Life communications so both reinforce a coherent CFF brand.

•       Craft fundraising and donor stewardship narratives with the development team.

•       Coach internal teams on message discipline, tone of voice, and brand standards.

What We Are Looking For

Required

•       Bachelor's in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

•       6–8 years in strategic communications, PR, or editorial roles.

•       High-quality writing across long-form and short-form formats (portfolio or samples required at application).

•       Track record engaging senior stakeholders and securing earned media.

•       Familiarity with Singapore's media landscape.

•       Sound editorial judgement and ability to work independently in a lean team.

Advantageous

•       Experience in non-profit, public sector, or purpose-driven organisations.

•       Working knowledge of parenting, fathering, or family development issues.

•       Comfort with AI-assisted content, analytics, and media monitoring tools.

•       Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil for vernacular media.

Lead and provide executive-decision making in all clinical and programme matters in SBP, including overseeing and refining the delivery of trauma-informed social work, counselling, psychological services, and programmes to ensure high standards of case management, therapeutic work and programmes and services, with the objective of ensuring the safety and mental well-being of all residents in SBP and upholding quality of service delivery.  

Social Work, Counselling, Programmes and Psychological Services

• Work with SW and Child Development (CD) Team Leads to manage, supervise and appraise their teams in service delivery of case work/counselling/psychological services/  programmes/services to provide the best possible preventive, developmental and therapeutic interventions appropriate for each SBP resident.

• Work with SW and CD Team Leads to develop and implement capability development plans for and with reportees, including development of work objectives and professional learning goals and activities.

• Support in manpower /leadership needs of these teams whenever necessary to ensure a smooth transition of job functions and continued quality of service delivered. 

• Collaborate with service teams to develop and refine policies, protocols and practices related to (i) Case Management, (ii) Family work (iii) Programme Implementation (including Volunteer Management) (iv) Post Discharge Follow-up.

• Lead capability building by developing professional competencies for relevant staff members to meet service outcomes, including conducting in-house training programmes and/or coordinating external training platforms where necessary.

• Equip staff team with knowledge and skills to prevent and manage crises that may threaten the physical/ psychological safety and well-being of residents and staff in the Home. (e.g. mental health support, reflective practice, self-care)

• Ensure timely submission of relevant reports and statistical returns (eg. RC5 reports, APDW, monthly reports, incident reports) on client-related information to various stakeholders, and identify key trends and gaps to recommend service improvements.

• Oversee the running of the Individualised Care Plan Meetings to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements to have minimally twice a year case review on the intervention directions of each resident.
  

Development of Trauma-informed Care in SBP

• Lead the development of cultivating and sustaining a trauma-informed care milieu within the Home, using the TI-PBIS model and other suitable approaches.

• Supervise and provide guidance on TI-PBIS implementation

• Lead collaborations with multi-disciplinary team (i.e. Residential Care, Child Development and Social Work Teams) to integrate best clinical practices in day-to-day service operations at SBP i.e. supporting the regular conducting of Home-In-Home meetings, incident reviews.
  

Meeting Standards of Care

• Ensure implementation of good standards of care in SBP and timely administrative submissions on client-related statistics and documentations.
  

Overall Administration and Operations

• Recommend revisions to standard operating procedures (SOP) documents and key performance indicators to ensure continuous service improvements.

• Ensure relevant documentation and periodical reports are made to authorities/ COF/ CICSC.

• Responsible for any other tasks assigned by Head of Home and Group Lead.
  

Competencies required

Functional/Technical Competencies

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or related discipline;

• Supervisory and/or management experience in social service settings;

• Experience in working with vulnerable children and families will be an added advantage

As part of the Management team, the Operations Support Services Manager provides end-to-end operational support across the Medical and Dental divisions, covering IT, procurement, inventory management, vendor contracts, projects, and cross-clinic processes. The role is responsible for driving standardization, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing costs, and maintaining service continuity across all clinics. It also focuses on monitoring and improving daily clinic operations, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all clinic functions. Working under the direction of the General Manager, the Operations Support Services Manager collaborates closely with department heads and clinic managers to support organizational objectives and drive operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities: -

1.    IT Management & Support

• Oversee healthcare systems (EMR/CMS), user access, compliance (PDPA, NEHR, NIR) and cybersecurity.

• Manage IT operations including system upgrades, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

• Lead IT projects, enhancements, and reporting (KPIs), ensuring systems align with regulatory and business standards.

• Provide end-user support, training, and ensure smooth day-to-day system functionality.

2.    Procurement & Inventory Management

• Manage end-to-end procurement (consumables, drugs, equipment), including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and CAPEX.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize wastage, and ensure availability of critical supplies.

• Review and evaluate annual contract for clinic equipment and consumables/drugs.

• Oversee administrative team performance and ensure efficient processes across procurement and reporting functions.

• Evaluate contracts and drive cost-effective purchasing strategies aligned with clinical needs.

3.    Projects & Operational Improvement

• Lead clinic projects (e.g., renovations, system rollouts, process improvements) from planning to handover.

• Drive process standardization, SOP updates, and cross-functional training.

• Identify operational gaps, implement improvements, and ensure timely, cost-efficient project delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance workflows across the organization.

4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and develop administrative staff, including performance reviews and coaching.

• Collaborate with clinical leaders, clinic managers, and external vendors to support operational goals

Job Requirements: -

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, operations, or healthcare/clinic environment

• Proven experience managing EMR/CMS systems and healthcare compliance (e.g., PDPA, NEHR, NIR)

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems implementation, cybersecurity, and vendor management

• Familiarity with systems such as PLATO or similar clinic management software

• Experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and inventory management

• Demonstrated project management experience (system rollouts, renovations, or process improvements)

• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve technical issues independently

• Experience leading teams, including performance management and coaching
