Service Delivery Manager (SDM) / Maintenance Sales – Commercial

We are looking for an exciting and dynamic goal chaser to support our Service Delivery Team. Working closely with our sales team, the successful candidate shall ensure and manage key client’s satisfaction while refining delivery processes to meet KPIs.

This is a client facing role that provides incentives for growing our post sales / managed service revenue. You will also supervise day to day operations of the helpdesk for optimal resource management.

The Service Delivery Manager is a client facing role pertaining to post sales / service matters.

The Responsibilities:

· Maintaining positive relationships with key customers

· Coordinate with EU and Acct Manager to ensure all Post Sales expectations are in line

· Coordinate with service team and Account Manager to ensure all information is provided. If not all information is provided, he/she will ensure we acquire all information required

· Conduct regular reviews (for key accounts) with end users

· Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure post sales revenue continue to rise

· Manage service delivery for existing and potential clients; both locally and regionally

· Identify and develop customer service procedures, policies and standards

· Understanding the needs and requirements of clients, and moving to meet those needs proactively

· To actively contribute to the growth of existing clients and the generation of new businesses

· Review and assess customer service contracts

· Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards

· Review customer complaints and work with related teams to provide resolutions

· Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies

The Pre-Requisites:

· The ability to really listen to customers

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in any field.

· Minimally two years of experience in the AV / IT industry

· In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices

· Proficiency in MS Office applications

· Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients

· Ability to write and speak good English

· Positive attitude and incredible work ethics

Role Summary:

The Service Operations Assistant is the backbone of the service department, ensuring that field engineers have the parts and certified tools they need for daily operations. This is a versatile role that combines inventory management, technical equipment maintenance, and administrative procurement support, alongside ensuring the service facility remains a clean and professional workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store & Inventory Management

• Manage the service store inventory, including receiving, picking, packing, and labeling of spare parts.
• Prepare "job kits" for Field Service Engineers daily to ensure they have all necessary components before heading to customer sites.
• Conduct regular stock-takes and monitor inventory levels to initiate timely replenishment requests.
• Support the main warehouse team with the physical loading and unloading of cargo and general movement of stock.

2. Equipment Maintenance & Calibration

• Act as the custodian for all engineer testing and measurement equipment, maintaining a master register of all assets.
• Maintenance & Repair: Responsible for the general maintenance and basic technical repair of testing equipment (e.g., checking battery health, replacing fuses, and ensuring mechanical integrity).
• Calibration Program: Coordinate external calibration schedules with third-party labs and ensure all equipment is within its valid certification period.
• Maintain meticulous records of calibration certificates and "As-Found/As-Left" data for audit readiness.

3. Facility Upkeep & Housekeeping

• Area Cleaning: Take daily ownership of the cleanliness and organization of the service department, workshop area, and service store.
• Ensure the workspace is free of clutter and compliant with safety standards.
• Support general facility maintenance and address minor building-related needs.

4. Administrative & Procurement Support

• Convert supplier quotes into internal Purchase Requests (PR) and manage the progress of these requests through to delivery.
• Assist in updating service documentation, manuals, and digital records as required by the service manager.

Requirements

• Education: ITE Nitec or Diploma in an Engineering, Logistics
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, store, or technical service environment.
• Technical Skills: * Basic "hands-on" mechanical or electrical aptitude to perform minor repairs on tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) for inventory tracking and record-keeping.
• Experience with basic procurement or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Physical Attributes: Must be physically fit and willing to perform active tasks, including area cleaning and moving heavy cargo/equipment.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility toward deadlines and audit compliance.

SERVICE ENGINEER

Main Duties:

The ideal candidate will be involved with equipment installation, after-sales services such as calibration, certification and preventive maintenance, and service documentation and reports. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Field service support for Esco products

· Handle all breakdown calls in the earliest response time

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and effectively manage customer expectations

· Prepare field service reports and related documentation.

· Monitors repairs and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and to target required hours for machine repair

· Responsible for decisions when to instigate the escalation process in order to resolve a customer concern/issue.

· Perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of units promoted

· Provides effective teamwork, building a strong relationship with customer contacts

· Carry out hands-on training for field service organizations internationally when needed

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

· With at least one (1) year working experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting.

· Proven experience in calibration or metrology laboratories is highly preferred

· Candidates from air conditioning, HVAC, or refrigeration repair and maintenance backgrounds are also welcome to apply.

· Willing to travel locally and abroad
