Monitortender announcements from key Singapore utilities and industrial clients (e.g.,SP Group, SMRT, LTA, major data centres) and analyze bid outcomes to drivecontinuous improvement
Role Purpose:
Responsible for managingthe end-to-end tender process and developing high-quality, technicallycompliant, and commercially competitive proposals for high voltage (400kV,230kV, 66kV), medium voltage (22kV, 6.6kV) switchgear and transformer sales andassociated installation, maintenance, and testing services. This role bridgesthe gap between the sales team and the operational units, ensuring all bids arestrategically sound and delivered professionally to industrial clients,utilities, and main contractors in Singapore.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a relevant technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management, proposals engineering, contracts management, or project estimation within Singapore’s electrical power, energy, or construction sectors

• Salary forexperience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience andour internal salary structure

• Variable Bonusranging from 1 to 6 months depending on individual and company performance
• Working hours:8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm /10.00am to 7.00pm
• Working days:Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)
• Annual Leave:14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)
