Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of commercial and laboratory interior projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and specification-adherent delivery
• Develop efficient floor plans and layouts that optimize workflow for corporate office staff and laboratory technicians

• Design driven with experience in residential and/or hospitality projects
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to bring design concepts to life.
• Ability to resolve technical issues in line with the project's design intent
• Creative thinking to develop new ideas, space planning, design development, and produce SketchUp 3D and construction drawing.
• Manage budget and deadlines on projects
