• Define and drive the design strategy across brand, growth marketing, campaigns, digital experiences, and customer journeys, ensuring a consistent and impactful user experience
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing design team, establishing scalable processes, quality standards, and best practices to drive creative excellence
• Partner closely with marketing, product, content, and regional teams to deliver compelling and user-centric experiences across multiple channels and markets
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process, including concept development, campaign execution, design systems, and visual identity standards
• Establish and optimize design operations, workflows, and collaboration frameworks to improve efficiency, execution quality, and speed-to-market
• Leverage customer insights, user research, and performance data to continuously improve experiences and drive business impact

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in design leadership, user experience, creative direction, or growth design, with significant experience in fintech, financial services, blockchain, or high-growth technology environments
• Proven track record of building, managing, and developing high-performing design teams, with experience establishing scalable design systems, operational frameworks, and quality standards
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across brand, digital, product, and growth marketing design, with experience delivering customer experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and business growth
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with senior leaders across marketing, product, operations, and business functions
• Strong professional proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively lead team members and collaborate with stakeholders and business partners across regional markets where these languages are used in the course of work
