·       System Programming &Testing: Design and program various controllers, PLCs, and HMIs. Lead testing and validation phases, including parameter optimization for governors, AVRs, and PLCs.

·       Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting assistance both remotely and on-site to resolve critical system issues.

·       Continuous Improvement: Spearhead engineering projects aimed at cost reduction, workflow efficiency, and the implementation of process change management methodologies.

·       Mentorship: Lead and develop junior engineers by providing training and ensuring adherence to standardized engineering best practices.

Requirements

·       A Degree in Electrical Engineering with 7–8 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10–12 years of deep industry experience.

·       Advanced proficiency in SEE Electrical is mandatory.

·       Comprehensive knowledge of diesel generator controllers, alternator concepts, switchgear, and transformers is essential.

·       Strong background in PLC electrical design, HMI programming, and system integration.

·       Proven ability to manage process changes and a track record of mentoring technical teams.

·       Specific subject matter expertise in niche electrical power fields or advanced automation will be highly regarded.
