Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced CX Business & Salesforce Solution Architect to lead business requirements, solution design, and delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and customer experience initiatives. 

This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring strong consulting, business analysis, and solution architecture capabilities. The successful candidate must be able to independently engage business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, understand customer and business processes, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and guide delivery teams through implementation. 

Responsibilities:

Business & Solution Leadership 

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or techno-functional roles
• Strong experience in at least two of the following Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
• Proven ability to independently lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering
• Strong understanding of customer experience, CRM, customer journeys, lead management, sales, marketing, and service processes
•  Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Experience preparing or reviewing BRDs, FDDs, SDDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills
•  Experience leading project teams of at least five members

• Attending technical meetings with authorities, developer, and contractors
• Prepare technical engineering reports as and when required by authorities or client

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Design Engineer in building construction
• Willing to and with enthusiasm to learn in the field of civil & structural engineering design
• Knowledge with Revit Structure is an added advantage
