POSITION SUMMARY

The Logistic Admin will be the main role to handle all logistic and inventory activities, including picking and packing of daily deliveries, schedule local and oversea shipments, goods receiving, stock checking and maintain inventory accuracy.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Good receiving

• Ensure incoming goods tally with document and system
• Perform ERP system receiving, serial number scanning/entering andlocation updates
• Liaising with supplier/sales admin for goods receiving issues e.g.wrong product, missing document, quality problem
• Update Exchange Rate, HS code and COO to ERP system
• Unpack and arrange goods to adequate stock location
• Receive incoming parcel (supplier loan, customer loan return, equipment,sample and others) and allocate to correct internal requestor while ensuringproper procedure has been followed

Goods delivery

• Print out picking list of the day and perform picking of goods
• Pack goods and secure properly into carton boxes for shipment
• Take photos prior to all deliveries
• Manage multiple/bulk shipment daily and ensure goods delivery tocorrect destination
• Schedule shipment with local or oversea forwarders
• Follow delivery status and liaise with forwarder for delivery issues
• Check monthly bills from local forwarders

Issues and receiving of work orders

• Picking and issuing components for internal assembly
• Perform warehouse stock transfer in system
• Received and complete assembly

Inventory Management

• Perform monthly cycle count and quarterly stock take
• Execute daily inventory tasks with high precision to ensure dataintegrity and minimal discrepancies.
• Take ownership of inventory space by ensuring it is kept clean, tidyand organized
• Take photo for new product and upload into system

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fleet & Route Coordination

4. Documentation & Cost Control

·        Maintain accurate records of trips, jobs, andvehicle utilization.

·        Log additional costs incurred during jobexecution, such as tolls, permits, or special handling charges.

·        Monitor fuel consumption, speeding, braking, andother vehicle performance metrics.

5. Vendor & System Management

·        Process and handle documents through portsystems (e.g., PSA Portnet) where applicable.

·        Serve as primary user of the TransportManagement System for fleet operations.

·        Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensurevehicles are serviced and inspection-ready.

Job Requirements:

Overview

The Centre Administrator assists the Principal in managing and coordinating administration and operations in the centre. Main scope includes administration, financial, personnel, and procurement matters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administration

a) Manage registration and withdrawal of children.
