Administrative

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Lead & Admin Coordinator to act as the "control center" for our business. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients and the primary support for our training team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Inbound Lead Management: Act as the face of our company for all new enquiries. You will respond to emails, calls, and web forms promptly, qualifying interest and scheduling trials or consultations for our trainers.
• CRM Stewardship: Take full ownership of our CRM system. You will track leads, update statuses, and ensure no enquiry is ever left in the wrong pipeline or forgotten.
