They are looking for experienced warehouse workers to undertake the warehouse operations functions at their Container Terminal at North Port (NDSB) and West Port in Port Klang.

The vacancies are permanent positions and form part of the warehouse operations team to manage the cargo/shipments that have have been imported or to be exported.

About the job

This role/job will be warehouse based and therefore not in a conventional office environment. This is a full-time permanent position and the role is primarily to help facilitate the smooth running of the warehouse operations activities.

The general duties will involve the following role:

*Perform cargo loading and unloading.

*To perform physical counts, tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.

*To store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.

*To perform cargo issuance.

*Picking, packing and dispatch of cargo according to ownership and destinations.

Requirements

*Malaysians in age group 25-40.

*Punctual with positive work ethic.

*Physically fit with ability to lift and carry.

*Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Business.

*Forklift license will be ideal, useful and beneficial.

*The ideal candidate for this role should be someone well organized with 2-3 years experience in warehouse operations, picking and packing ,customer services or similar environment preferred, and have the ability to communicate effectively with the team and customers.

*2-3 years of previous warehouse operations, especially in 3PL facility has a huge advantage and will be highly regarded.

*Hands on and hardworking with knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices.

*Proficient with ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Sebuah kumpulan syarikat tersenarai awam pelbagai konglomerat tempatan yang tersenarai di papan utama Bursa Malaysia dengan perniagaan teras dalam pelaburan dan pembangunan hartanah, perkhidmatan IT dan pembuatan. Mereka mempunyai kekosongan segera untuk jawatan Eksekutif Audit Dalaman yang berpangkalan di ibu pejabat korporat mereka yang berpangkalan di Mid Valley City di Kuala Lumpur.

Tanggungjawab

*Menjalankan audit pematuhan ke atas pelbagai anak syarikat dalam Kumpulan bagi memastikan pematuhan kepada dasar dan prosedur operasi standard berkanun, kawal selia dan dalaman.

*Mencadangkan, melaksanakan dan mengurus program audit dalaman berterusan untuk Kumpulan.

*Memastikan Kumpulan mengekalkan piawaian tadbir urus korporat dan pengurusan risiko yang tinggi.

*Menyumbang kepada tugasan audit, penyediaan laporan audit, sebarang penyiasatan audit khas.

* Menyelaras, merancang dan melaksanakan kerja lapangan dan ujian di tapak.

*Menyediakan laporan kemajuan dan kemas kini penemuan audit.

*Hadiri dan sertai mesyuarat akhir untuk membentangkan dapatan audit.

*Lakukan audit susulan untuk memastikan pelaksanaan cadangan.

Keperluan

*Lelaki atau perempuan Malaysia.

*Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau kelayakan profesional ACCA/CIMA.

*1-3 tahun pengalaman audit dalaman atau luaran dengan pengetahuan mendalam tentang piawaian Perakaunan dan pengauditan; walau bagaimanapun, graduan baharu akan dipertimbangkan sewajarnya.

* Kemahiran komunikasi bertulis dan lisan yang sangat baik dalam Bahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Malaysia.

*Fasih berbahasa Mandarin akan menjadi satu kelebihan.

*Bersedia untuk melancong ke anak syarikat untuk tugasan audit.
