Your key responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements.

About the Role

MHA Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) aims to increase efficiency and enhance customer experience in the Ministry and Home Team Departments’ financial services.

You will be part of the Fixed Assets (FA) team, responsible for ensuring the fixed asset register is complete and compliant with prevailing policies, laws, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of period-end FA reports (e.g., Fixed Asset Stock-take report, Development Project-in-Progress (DPIP) report, and Consolidated Fixed Asset Schedule) for management, statutory reporting, and audit reviews.
