Job description:

The Integrations PM is responsible for managing end to end data integrations between Meta's Internal systems and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) across the RL supply chain.

Contracts Manager (M&E)

Role Summary

The Contracts Manager heads the commercial, bidding, and contract administration team for construction and engineering projects. This role covers everything from early-stage project bidding and risk analysis to post-project cost management, claims, and final settlements. The main goal is to protect the company's profit margins, minimize legal and financial risks, and ensure all contracts are followed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Before the Project Starts (Bidding & Tenders)

• Lead Bidding Team: Oversee the team to prepare and submit complete, competitive technical and price proposals.

• Spot Risks: Review tender documents, project specifications, and drawings to find hidden risks or unfair contract terms.

• Pricing & Sourcing: Work out winning bid strategies. Guide the Quantity Surveying (QS) team to get and negotiate the best prices from subcontractors and suppliers (especially for M&E or civil works).
